We have arranged with the Healthy Kids Association to hold a seminar on “P&Cs as good employers” on 23 August at 6:45 for 7pm start, finishing at 9pm.

This will be relevant to everyone involved in employing/managing employees, whether in school canteens, uniform/clothing shops or before /after school care programs etc.

The seminar will cover:

• Recruiting paid staff and volunteers
• Key attributes of staff
• Responsibilities of employers
• Roles and qualifications
• Communication between employers and employees
• Industrial awards and obligations
• OH&S requirements
